..What are you guys doing? :)

At our school we are doing a "Slave Auction" where each 6th former dresses up in a funny costume and gets "Sold" to the youngest years (year 7 and 8 mostly). We then have to do all of their stuff, such as holding bags, sharpening pencils etc. I am hopefully going to go in as a monkey, failing that I am going to go with a group of friends as a Pirate (would be really awesome if I could find a capt. Jack costume.. :rotfl2: ), although my plan for this year is to run off as soon as the money has been transfered. Last year the kids were such a pain and I had horrible back ache the day after..

I am going to try and record Children in Need night as well, so far it takes up to 20% of the Sky+ memory and we only have 47% left. Lets just hope no-one minds me deleting a couple of programmes.. :teeth:

I will hopefully get to post a piccie of two of me in costume when the day comes. :)

The girls will probably have a non-uniform day at school (but must wear yellow too) for a donation, then our local church usually has a coffee morning - so I'll pop round to that. Other than that, we'll probably watch bits and pieces of it (as I'm not a big fan of Terry Wogan)

That's the primary reason why I refuse to watch this programme I just can't take his smugness and how full of himself he behaves :furious: .

Troops will take money into school as Academy pupils always come round collecting :goodvibes

::yes::

DH has longish hair, so he is being sponsored to have his hair cut off at work. Luckily one of his colleagues used to be a hair dresser! :teeth:

My daughter and I are taking dance classes ( jazzercise ) at school all day beginning at 9.15am and finishing at 3.00om.
At the end of the day I can hardly walk and I am really getting too old to do this every year now! :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

We'll be having the usual dress down day at work which always goes down well.

I'm also doing a sponsored ghost hunt at the North East aircraft museum. I've kinda been drafted in at the last minute on this one, my friends wife can't go so I'm her replacement. I think he wanted me to go instead because I've got better legs :thumbsup2

My DGF is going to be making some Mickey Mouse cookies using the cookie cutter we got while we were away this year for a bake sale.

we're having a teddy bears picnic int he pre-school and reception class, were going to make ears etc.

its the same night as our xmas lights switch on so we will probably go to that :)

I just got a Gorilla Costume (Not monkey, but it will do) today. It looks cool! I hope it raises a lot of cash!! :goodvibes

Looking forward to the picture as well.

I'm not doing anything this year for a change and won't be watching it either as I'll be on the motorway.

I will make up for it next year by voluteering to work for CiN.

I just found out that someone did the same as me last year, so to give the little kiddies a nice surpise I am customising my suit with stuff around my house. We have a lot of old wigs thanks to my brother's old night clubbing days, so what we are planning to do to let me come in as a "Funky Monkey". :rotfl2:

If it works, there will be a lot of piccies (not to mention money for CIN!).
