Children Activity Centers?

I have a 12 year old and 8 year old boy along with a 9 year old girl. I know they only have a few centers but which ones are better than the others? Has anyone had any experiences with this? I was curious as to how many kids at one time they allowed in, I dont think they would overdo it with to many kids. September will be our 2nd trip.

How do you pay for the center - bill your room, or pay when picking up?

I think there are five centers. The only one we have been in is the one at WL. Ds was about 10 or 11 and we looked into it the night we were going to eat at Artist Point but it really seemed geared to much younger kids and he chose to go to dinner with us. I have heard really good things about the Never Land Club but have never been inside it. Not much help, but you at least might want to be sure it would be a comfortable setting for your oldest child.

We used the Sandcastle Club at Beach Club in 2012 for our then 4 year old and 8 year old. While there was a play area for the younger children, there was a gaming area (with wii and xbox) and some computers too for the older kids. The Sandcastle Club seemed on the small side but it was not overly crowded (maybe about 10 kids) with three staff people. When we went to pick our two up, all the older kids (including my 4 year old) were playing on the video games and the young children were in the back play area with a cm.

When we picked up, we chose to pay with a credit card but I believe you can charge it to your room.

Our kids enjoyed the "break" from the parks. While we are not huge gamers, it was nice to have that break for them. And my husband & I enjoyed dinner in epcot. It was such a success that we are probably going to use the Sandcastle Club again this trip.
