child swap?

Last time we were at Universal (2008) we didn't need to do any child swaps for the rides so I can't remember if there is something like this there. We would like to do FJ but my youngest daughter will be to small. Can my husband and I swap off with our older daughter? Will she be able to ride twice then?

They have child swap at about everyride, if they don't have an area set aside they will just tell you to go to the exit gate. We had the 8mo old on our trip a couple weeks ago and that is what we did.

FJ has a nice child swap area where you can see them loading the seats.

Your oldest daughter will end up getting to ride twice, so I'm sure she'll enjoy that very much! :)

FJ is the only ride that will allow just 2 people to ride for child swap. We had a large group so my DH and my DD wanted to go back on and I had to beg to have them let us through. Otherwise every other ride didn't care how many rode with the baby swap person.

Now you have me concerned :) I have 3 children, and planned on doing child swap for FJ with the 2 older ones since the little one may be too small. Did you mean, they wouldn't let my husband ride with both children when we swap , since there will be 3 of them?

No, they give out a ticket when you go into child swap and it says it is only good for the person in child swap plus one other. Now, depending on who you get they might waive you in since you have kids but that is what the ticket says. :wizard:

Can anyone help clear this up for me....

I have my husband and myself, plus DD4 and mother and father going. Can we swap DD between me/dh and mom/dad on the rides. This way my no one in our party has to ride alone.

I had figured giving my daughter to my mom and dad while DH and myself rode and then take back my daughter while my mom and dad rode the ride.

Am I correct in assuming this is possible??
