Child Swap Questions

I have a couple questions about child swap. DH and I will be travelling with our almost 1 year old and 3 year old. I understand that we must stand in line together and then the non-riders will wait in a room.

1) Are there any rides that will allow you to bring your stroller with you to the waiting room? Just wondering if my youngest was napping in his stroller if we'd still be able to do some rides using swap.

2) I understand some rides have metal detectors. How does this work if you have your diaper bag with you?

From what I recall, there wasn't a ride that allowed strollers. You may want to bring a baby carrier for the one year old. We had to hold our son in line or he could walk as well. When my 2 year old was napping, one of us had to wait outside with him under a shady tree or cool area. I haven't been on a ride with metal detectors, so can't comment. If you do child swap you can bring all bags with you.
