Child swap question

Can you still do the child swap if you don't have a child riding the ride? DH and I are taking DD3 by ourselves. We want to ride the big rides so can I go and get DH a swap pass and then he goes by himself or do you have to have 2 kids to do that?

No kids need to ride the ride. You do need to have your husband and child with you when you get the ride swap ticket, though.

One kid, that's all you need. You walk up to the CM working the entrance of the attraction and say you need to do a child swap. They will give you a child swap pass, then while you or your spouse wait with your child the other spouse goes through the standby line. After the first spouse gets off the ride the other spouse then takes their child swap pass back through the fastpass line.
