child swap does this work?

I am going to DL with my dh, dd 5, and ds 2 and my best friend. I was wondering how this would work for us? None of us want to really ride a ride alone. Any ideas??

You can each take a child on with you when you do child swap. Just tell the CM at the start of the line that you want to do child swap, they'll give you a little ticket, one parent stands in line with one of the kids or another adult, rides, then gives the ticket to the other parent. Then you can go through the fastpass line and you get to take someone with you. Easy peasy.

1 adult stays back with the child or children who don't want to ride. The other two adults ask for a child swap ticket from the CM at the start of the line. When they come off the ride, the adult who waited goes thru the exit with one other person, either one of the adults or the older child.

yes, it works. it eats up some time, but if it's the only way you will be able to ride attractions that the kids are too small for, then it's a good option.

we have 4 children, and we've been using the parent swap for the last 8 years (this will be our first trip when all 4 kids are big enough to go on everything - well, except california screamin'). it's kind of a pain sometimes (it can be less than fun to sit and entertain busy little ones while waiting for those who are riding), but you work with you have, right?
