Child ID bracelet at retail stores?

I bought key tags similar to these. On one side of the tag (the side visible without removing the paper) I printed out our cell phone #s, the other side has our (child's and parent's) names. Then I "laminated" it using packing tape.

The ones I bought are a very lightweight flexible plastic, and you could attach a chain to them to make a bracelet since there are holes on both ends (I am paranoid about having anything around my kid's neck, too). You could also attach them using a clothes pin or to the shoelaces. I bought mine at Ace Hardware.
