Child aging up on cruise

My DD2 will turn 3 onboard. The system didn’t recognize that when I was booking onboard activities, so I reserved BBB, for example, under another child’s name with the intention of using it for her. I did choose a date after she is officially 3. Can I just go there once onboard and have them swap out the name manually? Another thing I did that way was the princess tea but I am undecided on keeping that.

It ought not be a problem. Our son turned 14 on the last day of our most recent cruise. We stopped by guest services and explained that he wanted to go to the Vibe and it was no problem.

DCL is firm on the age 3 minimum for the Club/Lab and some activities. I think you’ll be fine substituting the new 3 yr old for the child booked into BBB and the Princess Tea, as long as those activities take place on or after the birthday. No Club/Lab until the birthday, you’ll have to use the nursery prior.
