Chicks and Roosters...part 2

Ghost Hunters--that's one of Will's faves. But he's grounded. (report cards came out yesterday!)
We always make fun of the show--
Steve, "What was that?"
Jason, "Did you see that?"
Brian, "Dude, run!"

Top Chef--I get too stressed out watching that.

Top Model--I just like watching the panel pick on the girls--skinny little nit-wits.

Well, I don't know what time it is out there in Cali-forn-i-a, but it's almost 7:00 here. The Golden Hour of TV. Gotta get my tv watching jammies on.

It's only 5 here. I'm still at work. :sad1: Only 1/2 hour left. Have fun getting cozy!

Why is Survivor coming on tonight? That means I missed it. :headache: I did catch the last half of Big Brother. Bye Bye Matty. I guess tomorrow I will watch Suvivor online. I love that you can do that.

Susan, anything happening?

ETA~Wendy great news on the airline tickets.

Today is my Friday. :teeth: I hope you will not see me here first thing in the morning. Tomorrow starts spring break for my kids and we will start off with our annual dyeing of the eggs on Good Friday. I'm not sure why we do that but have been since I was a kid. Gotta keep those traditions going.

:cheer2: YIPPPEEEE!!!!! GUESS WHAT???:cheer2:

I just got online to check airline tickets even though I already have ours..They are almost $300 dollars cheaper now...I took a chance and called the airline figuring they wouldn't be able to refund anything...They did it WITHOUT ANY HASSLE...and the gentleman was really nice...

:cool1: THAT'S $300 EXTRA DOLLARS FOR DISNEY!!!!!! :cool1:

I THINK I'LL DO THE BANANA DANCE

That's nice, Tricia. :goodvibes
Enjoy the dyeing eggs. :cool1:

Good Morning! It's the day after nothing happened, so maybe something will happen today! Thanks for helping me celebrate! ;) Now I've got to change my ticker. . .

Good Morning.

Today is the day I could be sleeping in but the smoke detector in Colin's room starting chirping at 5:00 this morning so I guess it's time for new batteries.

Good morning
Happy Friday to all!

Tricia, sorry you still got up so early. :guilty:
Maybe tomorrow you'll get to sleep later.

Happy Friday!
I'm all set for a quiet weekend--Will and DH are going "to the farm". Perhaps the lovliest phrase in the English language. They're going to visit family a couple of hours away for the weekend. It's always a big event when the all the brothers and sisters and neices and nephews get together. Lots of food, lots of drink (they are Irish Catholics after all). They've even been known to bring out a band. DH and Will and anyone under 21--(unless nobody's looking) will be the only sober ones out there. And that's why I'll be right here! DISing and trip planning. :cloud9:
So I'm off to run a few errands and stock up on weekend supplies--you know, Diet Cokes, movies, Reeses peanut butter Easter eggs. Any other suggestions?

Good Morning!

I'm soooooo glad it's Friday but I've got sooooo much to do! Arkie your weekend sounds great! If you have any leftover reeses, send them my way. I think my parents and I are doing an Easter dinner tomorrow night with my aunt and uncle. On Easter, I'll go to church, probably have brunch with my parents and then it's back to cleaning my house! I've got friends coming next Friday, who I haven't seen in 2 years and they've got two little ones, one of which is 18 months and into everything. It seems that I've got some toddler proofing to do!

We dyed our eggs today. I'm happy to report no broken eggs (because we dye them raw). Colin's hands are a little green/blue mixture but I'm hoping that will come off in the bath tonight. Otherwise he will look a little strange for a day or two.

Arkie your weekend sounds devine. I would love to have a peanut butter egg or two. OK, make it the whole sixpack. :rotfl:

Hello all. I've got a few minutes before we head over to the inlaws for our Easter celebration. We always have a big party on Easter Saturday so everyone can come. Mark has eight brothers and sisters and all together we have 23 kids. So it's always a BIG party when we all get together. Lots of games, food and fun today. We are having the perfect weather to be outside all day.
Arkie any peanut butter eggs left?

Susan how was your dinner?

Wendy what's on tap for the weekend?

Joanne I saw a commercial for Kohls. Another big sale. Are you going?

What peanut butter eggs? :rolleyes1
