I recall reading that the Chicken'n'Waffle sandwich at Sleepy Hollow would be discontinued.

Is my recollection correct?

Regardless, do any of you Dis'ser's have alternatives to this fun combination while traveling at Disney?

It's not on the current menu, so I'd say that your recollection is right on.

Yes, sadly it is gone... but after it's departure, we tried the waffle with the fruit and Nutella, and that was pretty awesome as well.

For another savory snack/meal replacement, we like the pot roast mac and cheese at the Friar's Nook at MK.

Also, I haven't tried it, but the Trilo-Bites kiosk in DinoLand at Animal Kingdom has a buffalo chicken waffle slider.
