Anyone have a recipe using Chicken Thighs in a crockpot?

This is from my Weight Watchers meeting but it doesn't taste "dietetic". Throw about 2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken thighs in the crockpot and cover with a jar of your favorite Salsa. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Serve over rice, noodles or wrap up in tortillas.

Mmmm, those sound yummy. How do you think they would turn out with frozen, bone-in thighs?

I always cook my chicken in the crock pot frozen.
I have heard you shouldn't- but in 18 years- no one has ever gotten sick :rotfl2:
For me that is the convienence. I just pull the food out of the freezer and throw it into the crockpot.

Oh, it would definitely work with frozen, bone-in thighs but its a pain (IMHO) to try and eat it while looking for bones.

Yeah, I'll probably pull it off after it's cooked. My chicken is already frozen! lol
I had them in the freezer and just really need to do something to get them out of there!
