Dies anyone know where I might find chicken strips in either park?

Tomorrowland Terrace has chicken nuggets on the kids menu. A few weeks ago I asked if I could get an adult portion for a teen. They said no, they only sell them as part of a kids meal. I ended up ordering him two kids meals which was just about right.

DCA: Taste Pilot's Grill
Whitewater Snacks at the Grand Californian also has them. It's easy to get there if you use the park exit near Grizzly River Run that takes you right into the hotel. Also easy to get right back into the park.

There were a few years there when fried chicken pieces were about the only thing my DD liked on a restaurant menu. So I got to know this item well. Previous responders pretty much have it covered. They come in chicken nugget form rather than strip form and can be had on regular menu at Golden Horseshoe, Stage Door Cafe, Taste Pilot's Grill or on the kids menu at Whitewater Snacks (GCH) or Tangaroa Terrace (DLH).

Try WhiteWater Snacks in the grand and also try Tangora terrace near the DLH pool

They were nuggets with breast meat, not strips

We like to get them at the Stage Door Café! The last time we were at Disneyland we got chicken strips and then sat out in front and watched Fantasmic! It was great!!
