My son and I have fast passes for these rides tomorrow. I woke up with vertigo this morning. I want to go through ride line with my son, but I thnk it is best that I don't ride either of these. Is this possible in the fast pass lanes? Can I walk through FP queue then exit and meet him at the exit easily on both rides?

Absolutely! When I was pregnant with DS15, I stood in line with DH and told the CM that I was pregnant and wouldn't be riding. They pointed me in the direction of the "chicken" exit and I waited where the rides disembark. In the case of TOT, it's an elevator down 1 floor! I said you must be kidding....an elevator? The CM laughed.

Yes to both. For TOT, you'll go through the preshow and the queue after, then as they start to load tell the CM only your son will ride. He'll go to the ride seating while you'll take a normal elevator down. You can wait for him right after the ride pictures before the gift shop.

For RnR it's similar, through the queue and preshow but at the front IIRC you'll step through the ride car to the other side. Then they'll escort you backstage and you can wait in the gift shop or right after. I can't remember whether you step through the car and out that side or aside of the car and out the near side, but there's a way.

No stepping through the cars needed to exit without riding RnRC.

With ALL attractions at WDW, guests can walk the queue all the way until boarding, and decide not to ride.
