My brother went last minute with a buddy from work,,and texted me that he is giving me the Willy Bobblehead he got! He didn't think he was going to get there in time to get them, but they did! So I have the last out KB/Rizzo one and now Willy. Am I starting a collection?

El Mago leading off and at 3rd...I would say the groin still an issue since he is playing 3rd, but leading off means more running (hopefully) so

getting concerned about JHey..absolutely no word and the few places I have tried I have been slammed by the haters who want him on the DL forever.

The Rockies imploded last night after having a 9-3 lead~ Brewers chipped away to make it 10-8 , and then Wade-bot blew the save, Pina hits a 2 run bomb off of him in the 9th and then Brewers win 11-10. STL wins, Bucco's win...we win, but just don't gain any ground , lol. Next week will be challenging. The ATL series ends on a night game~ hop a red eye to Cinci, play that night at 6, then a double header the next day , THEN a day game after that. Then travel home to face Cleveland. Pitching has to make it into the 7th..the bullpen can't keep up this pace. Maybe Joe should flip and use the pen to start and use some of these starters as reliever's, lol.

Also looking ahead, it appears Darvish will be pitching in the Phillies series...please just don't let it be against Jake.

Just saw Javy hit his lead off triple. Nice to have the game on tv.

They showed the package for newborn Cubs fans and thought someone needs to order that for little Ivy Fowler in July. Javy and Albert will get one for sure.

Got home yesterday and turned on the game just before 3PM and saw the Cubs were ahead 5-0 at the bottom of the 1st. Good omen. Then in the 8th with Willson up to bat and the bases loaded hoped for another Grand Slam.

Just saw Javy hit his lead off triple. Nice to have the game on tv.

Hope you had a great trip..lol..that would be too funny for little Ivy. The Fowler's say the name choice has absolutely nothing to do with Wrigley, but I'm going to still think it does.

Well that was a bummer. The only housework that was supposed to happen today was sweeping. Addie's base running sure didn't help. Not sure on whether to be happy at least the Bucco's and STL lost, or bummed because we didn't capitalize on those losses. These are the games that can come back to bite you in such a tight division. Time to contain Albies and Freeman and somehow, get rest at the same time. On the up side today? I didn't have to get annoyed by some idiot flying the W flag early AGAIN (like yesterday, and it was upside down on top of it )

Duesnsing with some moves! Feel bad for him giving up his first run today. I know Len and JD have to give the stats but it always feels like bad juju, lol.
ETA~I didn't realize Brian was the last lone reliever with ZERO runs given up! To have that happen against the Sux, well...really sucks. Well, when on record is broken, start another.
