So nice out today!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wish it could be like this tomorrow!
We made our Disney themed pumpkins last night! They turned out pretty awesome if I do say so myself! I will try and get some pix up of them.
Let's keep our fingers crossed for tomorrow's weather.

Boy it's almost as windy as saturday. I didn't pass any of our germs to you all. I think our problem is sinus.

I hope all of you with little kids have fun tomorrow night . Poor kids will have to be in winter coats. Nothing worse than having to explain what your supposed to be.

eeyore I *wish* my in-laws listened to us!! But they are old and very set in their ways. It wouldn't matter if we flied out to them and then back. My father in-law has developed a fear of flying I believe.


The kids are watching the movie 'Clue'!! I this movie!!!
I wish I could skip this meeting I need to be at and watch with them.

Debbie - That would be great to meet and have the kids play. DD is just starting to talk better and she loves to play with older and younger kids. And about your dd's b-day. If you have the money and like waterparks, the Elmhurst Holiday Inn now has a Mayan Ruin indoor waterpark. They do birthday parties there. I can't remember how much it cost but they have a website. A lot of people I know love the Painted Penguin but I don't know what age it is best for. The kids I know are around 5 to 8.

I did consider this but I am running out of time! I better plan something quick! It's on the 13th that I want to have the party.

I wast thinking maybe Rainforest Cafe????

Why can't the Disney Store do parties!!! I would be all over that! I thought I heard they used to!

Just got ANOTHER Disney Store by me. I am lucky enough to have 5 now in driving distance! 3 are 10 minutes away - Old Orchard, HIP (new store), Golf Mill, Woodfield is 25/30 minutes away, Yorktown is 20 minutes. I can hit them all!!!!!!!!!!!

Today is going to be a busy day.
This morning I am going to my Brokers office for the first time to visit new listings, and then a meeting is held afterwards.
Then I leave there and rush home, change clothes, go to Stephanie's school to do her Halloween party.
Then we leave there, go get Katie at daycare. Then take her home and get her into her costume.
Then we leave home and go to my moms to trick--or-treat around her neighborhood (which is also my in-laws neighborhood). So we visit with both Grandmas and Grandpas.
Then after trick-or-treating we go back to my moms for our traditional Halloween chili and hotdogs
Then we finally go home to stay, do homework, and go to bed.
Whew......I'm tired just thinking about it

Bunchkin - Thanks for the kind thoughts about Stephanie . I think she was on the road to being sick, and being out in the wind kicked it up a notch. She'll be alright - she's just not used to being sick.
**Sending lots of prayers and PD to your MIL Please keep us posted on how she is doing and what her biopsy results show.

Leigh - I'll join Bunchkin in saying I hope you had a wonderful birthday!!!

disneyohana - If your DD likes to tumble a toddler tumbling class would be great for her!!! My oldest DD has been in gymnastics since she was 2, and before that she was in Gymboree.

SamIAm - I'm glad that Megan's mouth is better after swallowing that hot chocolate to fast. I was worried about her since that happened to Steph before too.

Rosemarie - I'm glad you had a nice day celebrating your Grandma's birthday yesterday, and had a nice visit with your cousin

Debbie - I really like the new picture in your siggie - very cute!!!!

HERSEY - I agree with you about it being a bummer to have a coat on over your costume. It will be hard to see that the girls are a Lady bug and Cinderella. Oh well, with them both having colds they are going to have to really bundle up.

eeyore - I wish I was going to the Wicked meet on Saturday - you guys are going to have so much fun!!!! Think of me while I'm sitting in a Real Estate training class all day.

As usual, I am rushing off to get ready for work (I had the day off yesterday, so we went up to Dubuque to visit our college-son Sunday night!). Just wanted to wish everyone a GREAT day today...we get to "dress up" for the holiday at work today...I'm gonna be a DIS-ney tourist!

Busy day for us too! I'm Lauren's room mom so I have to make sure everything goes smoothly at the party today at school.
I have 25 HUGE treat bags that are fully loaded to bring in AND 25 HAPPY MEALS!!! I think I'm bringing our large wagon with me to transport all this stuff.
Plus I have a big package of toilet paper....yes, toilet paper, to bring in as we are having a Mummy Wrap game/contest.
The funny thing was asking other volunteers to bring TP too!
