Cherry Blossom - newbie photos

Your little girl is adorable! :goodvibes I don't really have any camera advice, I am an advanced amatuer not a pro,

I really liked the different angles you shot. It put a really interesting perspective on the pics you took. I thought your pictures were beautiful.

Blossoms are hard. kind of like when snow piles up one the ground, it is hard to see each flake. They all blur tgether.

I like the "event" shots showing everyone enjoying the imense canopy of blossoms.

i like #26 best, it's a nice shot of your baby plus with the background blurred but the tree there you remember where and when.
overall i think they look good! it looks like for the most part the sky is not blown. a couple have the branch out of the head problem and maybe a few you may have needed to watch the background a little more ( ie the girl with the big blue water bottle kind of detracts:rotfl:) but it looks like it was crowded.

I like this one. (hope you do not mind the posting)

but then I cropped the left side a lot, and a little crop top to bottom to make the blossom with the stamen most in focus fall in a location near one third from the side and also from the top/bottom.

then I rotated it 180 degrees. The flowers facing up seem to be brighter, happier. WHat do you think?

I just love cherry blossoms!:goodvibes

Our town has a lake in the middle of downtown. All around the lake are cherry trees. Here is a picture I took of our cherry blossoms a couple of years ago. This is still one of my favorite pictures!:)
