Chef's Tables- Where and How Many?

What restaurants have chef's tables and how many do they seat?

Actually only V&A has a Chef's Table. Several have open kitchens, and CG has seating at a bar with aview of the kitchen.

The Table at V&A is a rectangle which can comfortably seat six, but two of the people would have their back to the kitchen. I think it can seat eight, but it would start getting crowded and three of the people would have their backs to the kitchen.

Citricos has one as well - it's called the Chef's Domaine, but it has a minimum expenditure of $600. It seats up to 12 people.
