Thinking of doing this for lunch on one of our epcot days. This is one of the few places in Epcot we have not dined. What do you think of it? I will be travelling with my 3 and 6 yr old. Sometimes I hate having to be someplace for lunch so we might just grab something in one of the countries instead

Its okay. Fresh but pretty safe menu. Good bread and butter, okay cheese plate, kinda pedestrian wine list, great layout and people watching location. Solid lunch choice. Typical prices for disney

For lunch, we like it "ok" but it is not someplace we would be upset about if we never dined at again.

We have only eaten at Chefs De France for dinner but we enjoyed it both times we did.

The wait staff can be a bit "stuffy" but they opened up by the end of the evening if you get in the French spirit. I would definitely recommend not calling it Chefs of France when you are there.:rotfl2:

We ate dinner there and it was excellent

Chefs de France is my DS's favorite restaurant in Epcot. I love it too. In fact, everyone in my family was happy with our lunch.

CdF is a favorite of my DW and mine for both lunch at dinner at EPCOT, especially dinner. That being said, I am not sure that your 3 and 6 yr olds will like it. You miight all enjoy getting something from the bakery instead and it will be much more economical. They have some sandwich and quiche items along with wonderful desserts, but you probably already know this. :)

Another fast food possibility that we enjoy is the Tangierine Cafe at Morocco.

Chefs is one of our favorites! Love to sit by the window and watch the people stroll by. We've been for lunch twice (once with an infant) and was expecting "stand-offish" French attitude---was pleasantly surprised by the warmth of the waitstaff.

The food is good and the pace is extremely relaxed. So if you go and are expecting to grab a bite and run--forget it. Be prepared to enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace.:goodvibes
