I would like some info on Chef De France, that said I ate in Marakesh in Epcot and did not like it at all, am I being to picking, any input on Chefs De France is real appreciated Thanks for you help:)

I have been for both lunch and dinner. I enjoyed dinner more because it seemed there were better options. I ordered the vegetable lasagna and it was delicious. The macaroni and cheese was not good but maybe it was just a bad batch because I know it gets good reviews on the boards. Our waitress was very attentive at dinner and the atmosphere is a lot of fun. Lunch was a lot slower but Remy is there and is adorbale! I think it is a safe choice for dining.

I just ate at Chefs on 9/30 and thought the meal was very good. Our waitress was a little soft spoken so at times it was hard to hear her, but everything else was wonderful.

6 of us at the table: we had:

1 - lobster bisque
1 - salade de chevre chaud - baked goat cheese with walnuts, fresh grape tomatoes, endives and arugula
1 - Onion soup
2 - salade maison - selected greens, house vinaigrette
1 - had nothing

ALL YUMMY!!!

2 - grilled tenderloin of beef
2 - broiled salmon, tomato bearnaise, ratatouille made with onions, zucchini, eggplant and bell peppers
2 - half of an all-natural roasted chicken, rissole potatoes and grilled tomato

ALL YUMMY!!!

3 - creme brulee
1 - chocolate cake
2 - ice cream

ALL YUMMY!!!

And Remi came to visit our table.....that was the highlight of the meal!

We had dinner there last week. Both of us had the steak and it was great, as were the sides and dessert. Our server, Jordan, was excellent. It was our favorite meal of the trip next to Narcoosees. I think you'll enjoy it.

lunch is great there

I like the crepe and the mac n' cheese

the creme brulee is great

we LOVE Chefs de France...and as a side note we hated Marrakesh as well. we've gone for the past two years now, and everything we've had has been very good. Also, another option, Tutto Italia..this past trip was our first time there and we loved that also. the lasagne was great!

We went to Chefs for the first time last month. If you go during peak dinner times - DO NOT EXPECT TO BE OUT OF THERE IN LESS THAN AN HOUR AND 45 MIN!

Food was good (not our favorite of the trip), but the wait was too long.

So plan to have a couple drinks while there to enjoy the time (tough to do with 2 hungry kids in my case) or try going at a less- busy time.

Unfortunately, it ruined our experience and while I didn't hate it, I will not return for dinner. Next time I might go for a late lunch and just get a couple of appetizers like the soup. I don't think I'll get a full meal.

I've only had lunch there, the onion and bacon flatbread is really good.

DW & I have eaten at both restaurants, like you we hated Morocco, (both TS & CS), love Chef's de France. Love the French Menu offering for both lunch and dinner.

We really like it. Both of my kids request it for the trips. We loved seeing Remy! I personally think the fish on the kids menu is fabulous!

Les Chefs is wonderful! In my opinion it is a close second only to Le Cellier. I had the onion soup and chicken, dh had bisque and steak. It was the only ADR my dh specifically requested that I make for our upcoming trip in January, all the rest I could just make whatever I wanted.

We ate there for the first time on 8/28 and it was great :thumbsup2 One of the best meals on the entire trip :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :cool1:

We have been to both and really love lunch...it is so much better than dinner.

We did dinner this past Sunday (full review and pics in my Oct link) and it was just blech...would not go for dinner again anytime soon

Everyone, thank you so much for your thoughts and experiences that you had at Chef De France, me getting adrs there happier knowing that it's good :)
