with no children, I would definately recommend Bistro de Paris. We ate here our last trip and loved it. It is upstairs from Chefs and FAR less crowded. When we went there were only about three or four tables being served compared to a packed house downstairs at Chefs. It is a very classy place with all the waiters in tuxes, and it really gives off an 'upscale' vibe even though most people are in park clothes. The food was GREAT. DW had the four course chef's menu and I had what might have been the best steak I have had on property, the beef tenderloin. Be prepared though, the bill was STEEP, but I think well worth it. One hint, avoid the 'Classic French Cocktail' the waiters push to 'Start Your Meal off in the French Style', it is just grape flavored champagne served in a small flute glass for $12 a pop.
