Chef's De France - Remy

I know I have seen it on here before but can't find the thread. Does anyone know Remy's schedule and how early do you suggest we do an ADR for to try to make sure the kids can see him?

I would aim for an reservation about 30 to 45 minutes before his scheduled time. That will give you some breathing room if Les Chefs is running late in seating.

Remy and his handler makes one circuit of the restaurant at each of the scheduled times (assuming he's not being temperamental). If you are not at your table (for any reason) he does not come back. As mentioned by others, Remy can be temperamental so there is always the chance that he will not appear at the scheduled time.

REMY Info:

1) Inside Les Chefs de France.
2) Monday-Saturday at 12:30, 1:40, 2:50 & 5:20pm
3) Visiting
. . . he comes out right on schedule
. . . the cart makes one trip around the eatery
. . . you must wait until he comes to your table *
. . . you cannot get up and go over to him, handlers make sure of this
. . . if you miss him, he does not make a second trip
. . . you must wait for the next scheduled time
. . . if your ADR is close to a scheduled time, be early
. . . you might be in line waiting for a table when he appears
. . . if so, you wait for the next scheduled trip

* If people gathered around the cart, it would clog the aisles. Also,
guests might be pressing their shorts and clothes against other guest's
tabletop and food (eewe, yuck, gross). Also, he is a temperamental little
critter, and occasionally does not appear at all, and with NO PRIOR NOTICE,
so use caution when promising him to little ones to avoid disappointment
