The menu on AllEars shows 8 entree choices and then a prix fixe with 3-4 choices for each course.

The menu here on wdwinfo shows 19 entree choices and a single 3-course meal with no choices.

The official Disney site ducks the issue by not listing a menu at all.

So which is it? :confused3 Depending on whcih menu is correct this restaurant could go on my short list for ADRs for our next trip; otherwise we'll skip it.

There's no menu on the Disney site because Chefs is not a Disney-operated restaurant.

good question! i'd like to know the same thing since me and my husband will be eating there for dinner in dec. i keep seeing different menus as well and am a little confused. :confused3

Someone who's been there will have to respond, as there's no guarantee any website will have accurate menus.

I haven't been there in awhile, but last time I was there (in May) they had the fixed-price menu with 3-4 choices.

There is a prix-fixe menu with a few choices for each course. Not sure how many entrees to be exact but there are plenty of choices!

If it's still the same as in June, my son did the prix fixe but I didn't.

The prix fixe menu:

Choice of French Onion Soup, Lobster Bisque or salad w/ Blue Cheese, we both had the French Onion soup (good). Beef Short Ribs over Fettucini (tasty but some people refer to it as fatty, and I picked out his button mushrooms and ate them w/ my filet) Roast Chicken, Salmon or Mac/Cheese French style. ( I've had the Mac/Cheese on previous trips and it's really good, made with gruyere in a white sauce)

Desserts, choice of Profiterols, Chocolate Mouse cake and Creme Brulee which we both had. It was the most authentic thing on the menu,

I had the Filet Mignon, not a prix fixe choice (grilled to order, medium rare and it was good) the potatoes au gratin were blah! but the green beans were awsome, unfortunately I gave most of them to my son in trade of his mushrooms. We also shared a warm goat cheese salad.

It was a nice meal, but I do prefer the Bistro the Paris' menu.

Beasly, that sounds exactly like the menu on AllEars. But the menu here on wdwinfo says that it is more recent.

Anybody eat there this month? Which menu did you get? Was it a short-term trial menu (like maybe with a new chef) or a permanent change?

We were there the first week of August and at that time, there were 3-4 choices for each course. It's actually a very good deal, as it includes the appetizer even if you are using the regular dining plan. However we didn't do it because I had my heart set on the duck, which was not included as one of the choices for the entree.

They serve the duck in the Bistro de Paris and it's delicious!

I was there in October of last year and it was the same menu as on the allears. I had the duck. It was good.

THE ALLEARS ONE WAS CORRECT LAST YEAR DURING XMAS TRIP. WE USED ddp(REGULAR) AND HAD THE 3 COURSE PRIX FIXE MENU. I HAD SALMON AND DH HAD BEEF FOR ENTREE, iIHAD SALAD AND HE HAD FRENCH ONION SOUP FOR APPT, AND HE HAD CREM BRULE FOR DESSERT(CAN'T REMEMBER MINE). LOVED EVERYTHING AND GREAT USE OF eDDP FOR THE APPT PART.
