Chef TJ

Does anyone know where he is now? The last time we went with the kids ( 2 are vegan) we were told he was at 1900 Park Fare we made dinner reservations but he was only there in the morning.
If not is there any way I can find that information out? Thank You.

Chef TJ is at Trails End now.

We ate in February at Trails End. He was there for dinner. ah-mazing! And.... He was also the chef for HDDR! I had only read about him, and we ate there first. He came out to talk over menu with my DH and dd and my jaw dropped. I said, " You are chef TJ!" His name tag was his full name, not TJ. He said, "No, that is someone else." Later in the trip, we went to Trail's End. There he was again. I pushed him on it, and he admitted it. turns out he is shy! Trail's End is now our favorite restaurant, much to my surprise!
