It’s been a few years (5) since I’ve made a trip to the world. Is it still virtually impossible to get an ADR at Chef Mickey’s? I was thinking it would be a nice arrival day dinner, but I didn’t know with the whole 180+10 if it that would be a possible thought to entertain. We’ve never been so it would be a great jump start back into the magic.

We won't arrive to 4:00pm ish and we aren't doing a park that day so if you have an other suggestions feel free to throw them out. As of right now the plan is Raglan Road.

Chef Mickey's is not impossible, but its a hard one to get - I too would go for Raglan Road. Another option if you want the character experience can be 1900 Park Fare with the stepsisters which I hear are quite funny.

This is how we always start our vacations, you are right it is a great way to step back into it all. While it is certainly a tough ADR to get, it is not an impossibility. If you check a few times per day, you may luck out, especially as your dates get closer and people start adjusting their plans.

OP- On your 180+10 day (assuming you are staying on site), try to get a Chef Mickey's ADR first thing. If you can't get one, book Raglan Road and keep checking back in case something opens up at CM.
As a PP stated, CM is hard to get, but not impossible.

Chef Mickeys food quality is AWFUL. Probably the worst onsite.

It made my kids sick last time.
