Chef Mickeys - Hard to get at 60+7?

Looking at booking Chef Mickey's breakfast on our departure day for four of us, which will be 60 + 7.
This would be labor day weekend.

Is it likely we'll get the ADR if I book right when it opens? Or do I need a backup plan? We had our last breakfast last time and really enjoyed it (plus staying at Contemporary).

Also, from what I see, I should go for this ADR booking first. The other one that we want to book if Boma breakfast. It's on day 60+4 but seems to have availabity.

You should have no problem with that on 60+7. I'm not sure if Labor Day will make it harder, but 60+7 should be easy. I recently booked it for 60+4 and it was not one of the first ones I went for (many had higher priority on our list).

If you have any issues try mouse dining I ended up getting most of my res on there.

Shouldn’t be an issue at 60+7. Check by time, not meal and you should have plenty of choice.
