Chef Mickey's dinner w/ Wishes @ 8:00?

Considering Chef Mickey's is the only ADR I'll be able to make for our February trip, I'd like to at least make that reservation! I don't have any February park hours to go by, of course, so I have to use last year's February hours as a guide and hope they don't throw me a curveball. Which they will, I'm sure, but what can you do?

So if Wishes is at 8:00 p.m. - what time would you make your ressies for Chef Mickey's?

I'd just make it for the earliest possible time (5:00) so you don't have to worry about watching the clock. Not only that, but I doubt you'd have to worry about having to wait for a table if your ADR is for right when they open.
