Chef Mickey's Buffet

Hi, just a quick question.
Chef Mickey's Buffet says it's a character meal, but I didn't say whether it was a breakfast character meal, a dinner character meal, or both. I was hoping someone hear might know which.

They have both character breakfast and dinner meals

That's correct. They do both breakfast and dinner with just about the same characters although breakfast tends to be better to most people who go there.

We've only done the dinner, but really enjoy it. We are actually staying off site for the first time this year, but are planning on eating at Chef Mickey's just to get a peek at Disney. (We're doing universal/IOA/Seaworld this trip)

We did dinner there and I was not impressed with the food at all. I would go back for the characters though, but would probably try breakfast.

ITA ...Characters were awesome , food on the other hand ...not so great.
I would try breakfast too.

We've tried both and much preferred breakfast - the characters are pretty much the same, as someone said, but the food, to us, is much better and varied at breakfast. The second time we had breakfast there, just this past May, it was just as good as the first time. They serve some really interesting items that I've not seen at any of the other breakfast buffets, and we've tried them all over the past 4 years! The PB&J pizza (with marshmallow "cheese") is delicious, and although right now I can't seem to specifically remember any other special dishes, I remember thinking how interesting and tasty some of the offerings were.

the breakfast is very good.....lots of selection...mickey waffles...a very large buffet..and the characters is just great ....they sell out fast though for breakfast...we went june 23rd to 29th...we called for a month in advance and could never get a reservation but hopely our next trip next year we will get one ...will call way ahead.....my granddaughter loves celebrating her birthday there....they go way out ..the characters...to make you feel so special on a birthday or aniversary..we celebrated our 28th aniversary there...its a wonderful memory we won't forget!!! I'm sure you won't regret the breakfast there at chef Mickey....It's a place we remember ......they also take pics with goofy as a chef...we loved it
