Which is better? Right now we've planned it for breakfast our 2nd day - but was considering doing it for dinner our 1st night (except you have to leave MK to go there), so I'm thinking CRT is a better choice for 1st night. Thoughts please? :confused3

In 2004 we did CM for breakfast during our stay. We had a GREAT time!

This year we are doing CM for dinner on our arrival night.

Never eaten at CRT.

:wizard: Choose whatever works best for your schedule...

I actually have both the breakfast and a dinner booked ..but Iam staying in the CR so its really convienient.

I'd like to know too. Dh is not crazy about the dinner there but I hate to strike it altogether since Ds loves the napkin dance and we've had our picture taken there every time we've gone. :)

I think we might try it for breaky this time. :)

My sister and her husband always have dinner in Chef Mickey's and they love it. I can't say much about the breakfast b/c were trying it for the first time now in May. We'll see how it goes. I agree with tinker 74 choose whatever best fits your schedule. :tink: pixiedust:

we are trying breakfast there for our upcoming september trip. Never a better way to start off the day- going to MK after breakfast

We have done CM's for the breakfast in the past and have really enjoyed it. For our trip in Aug. we actually booked one of the last ADR's (11:20, so it's more of a brunch). That way we can go to MK that day for the EMH, ride a few of our favorites, and then hop the monorail to CM's. We'll see how that works out. I think either would be OK depending on your schedule. The main reason we go for breakfast is that I believe Minnie ::MinnieMo is only there in the morning and not at dinner. She is my DD's favorite character so it's a MUST to see her!

Enjoy your trip! :wave2:

Not to be contrary but . . . we found the high energy atmosphere to be a little too much first thing in the morning and felt like we were wasting park time doing breakfast at Chef Mickey's. However, we love heading over there after a day in the parks for a late dinner. We usually do an ADR for after 8 p.m. and it is really a pleasure. It just doesn't feel as chaotic as it did in the a.m. :confused3 DH has a shellfish allergy and the chef there was just wonderful, walking him through the entire buffet, pointing out seemingly harmless items that were prepped NEAR the shrimp and so should be off limits. He even made a special dessert sundae for him prepared away from any nuts. :thumbsup2

Crystal Palace is a great bet for breakfast- puts you in the park already and much better food than CRT. :)
