Chef Mickey's/breakfast or dinner?

They are both equally good! In Jan. we ate there for breakfast and everything was hot, fresh, and the pastries delicious. I think it depends on your schedule and what you prefer. I, myself love breakfast, so I would have to pick breakfast as my favorite. Either way you won't go wrong. Hope this helps!

We perfer the dinner. Probably just because tthe last time we got the breakfast, we all got sick. :confused3

Have only done the breakfast and we loved it. DW is sooo disappointed that we are skipping it this year. We are going to try it for dinner for the first tim though.

We've only done the breakfast and our kids loved it. It was a great start to the day and it was fun. The characters every 10 - 15 minutes get there hankies and all the kids and adults get up and sing this cute song. Even the wait staff join in. The food for us we loved, a typical breakfast buffet with disney :wizard: twist. The parmesean hash browns and the mickey waffles were a hit with us.

Good luck :cheer2:

We did both in January. Dinner the first night and then breakfast 2 days later. We loved both. The food was great!! As far as characters go they were the same except Donald was there at dinner but not at breakfast. We saw Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Chip & Dale.

Do the characters still do the hankie twirling at dinner as well? My DD7 remembers that from a trip when she was 4 and has told my DS4 about it. I'm having trouble working breakfast into our plans this trip but think I can fit a Chef Mickey's dinner.

Any info appreciated.

Yes, they twirl the napkins at both meals.

It really depends on whether you prefer a bigger meal at breakfast or dinner. We are not big breakfast eaters, a muffin, a piece of fruit and some juice is fine with us. Especially if we're headed to a park to ride some rides.

I think chef mickeys is one of those places you either love or hate. My kids loved it last year, and requested to go again this year. Great way to kick off a WDW vacation!

:thumbsup2

Here's another vote for CM for dinner.

We eat there for dinner twice each trip. Love it!!

I prefer the breakfast at Chef Mickey's. We'll be having breakfast there next week and we can't wait!

We've done both and had a great time at each, but I preferred the breakfast. The restaurant was a little less chaotic and felt the characters spent a little more time at the table.
