The Cape May breakfast was great. We had good food, a great server, and we love the decor/characters. It was very quiet and relaxing.

we went to chef mickey's once for breakfast and had an enjoyable meal. we ate at chef mickey's once for dinner and said we'd never go back.

we've been to cape may cafe for breakfast once and thought it was very good; we'll definitely go back there for breakfast if we want to do another character meal. we also enjoy the dinner at cape may cafe's as well.

Cape May breakfast was awesome. The food the atmosphere & the character interaction.

Chef Mickey's for supper was decent. The kids liked it and the character interaction was good.

If we had to choose one as my favourite it would be Cape May's breakfast.

This. Cape May breakfast was the surprise sleeper of our ADRs. I made it sort of last minute when we switched to the deluxe plan, and needed a breakfast close to DHS. It was a lot more low-key than the other buffets we've tried, the servers were great, and the food was very fresh and plentiful. The characters spent lots of time with each table and we still were in and out in a reasonable time. We will eat there again for breakfast, for sure.

Never been to Cape May but we ate at CM last trip for both breakfast and dinner. We loved the breakfast but hated the dinner. Thought the dinner food was pretty gross actually.

I ate at Cape May for breakfast and dinner. Even thou, I am not a huge fish lover, there were plenty of enough selections to choose from that kept me happy. Cape May's breakfast offers the most variety of food anywhere in wdw imo.We had lunch at Chef's Mickey's last summer and loved it a lot. For all the hate I had read from people about Chef Mickey's, it was the total opposite. The food was really good, as were the characters. You can't go wrong with either place or meal selection.

I would go with Chef Mickeys for breakfast, but I would still try to do Cape May at some point if you can.

Completely agree. Not only is the food so much better quality, but the atmosphere is so much better. Cape May is very relaxing while Chef Mickey's is loud & stressful (to us anyway).

We ate at Chef Mickey's for dinner..in a word NASTY!! Never ever again. Althought t osay something nice the characters were great!Did Cape May dinner and really enjoyed it. Very low key and lots to choose from

I would say Chef Mickey's Breakfast. It's really tasty and the atmosphere is great and interactive with the classic disney characters. However, the only problem is that it can get very noisy at times much like the Crystal Palace... My recommendation would be for 1900 park fare breakfast at the GF, the food is pretty much the same (with the addition of an made-to-order omelet bar), and it is much quieter generally. The characters are the Alice/Mad Hatter, evil stepmother/sisters from Cinderella, and some from Mary Poppins.
