Chef Mickey's and PS time

I called two days ago for my PS for Chef Mickey's for breakfast. I was calling 118 days out; these were the times I was offered for my party of two: 6:30 or 8:45. I was like, wow, that's it??? I could have gone later, but we wanted to be at the MK by 8:45 or so. While we stayed at the Contemporary last time and Chef Mickey's was always very hustle and bustle and I had no idea that it was THAT hard to get a decent PS time for. I think it may have something to do with there only being two of us---maybe they have LOTS of tables for four or more, but not too many two tops. I am going to try back before we go, but I wanted to warn anyone thinking about getting breakfast at Chef Mickey's to call on your first day that you can! I had no problem getting my other PS's for California Grill, Whispering Canyon, Cape May Cafe and 50's Prime Time...sidenote- you can call 120 days out for 50's Prime Time for lunch but it's still only 60 days out for dinner. Interesting- glad I asked!

Chef Mickey's will often have more times open up closer to the actual day that you're going. Don't know why that is the case, but have read many accounts of it on these boards.
