I think Mickey, Minnie are staples there. As far as what happened to Chip and Dale, I think it really just has to do with the time of year and the "character to guest ratio." I.E. heavier times of year require a extra character to keep the ratios the same (So Chip & Dale). Lighter times may not justify the 2 characters, so they are replaced with Donald.

We have gone for both breakfast and dinner and we saw Mickey, Minney, Goofy, Pluto, Donald, Daisy, and Chip and Dale both times!!!

We were there last week for supper and it was Mickey, Minnie, Donald, & one more (either Pluto or Goofy, but we can't find the pics!)But Minnie was definately there because it was the only meal we had with Minnie!HTH

We have always gone at Thanksgiving. We have seen Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto everytime. A couple of times Chip and Dale. We have also seen Stitch there. Chef Mickey's is one of our favorites, we enjoy breakfast and dinner. Have a great trip!
