Chef Mickey dinner question?????

We have a ressie for Chef Mickeys for dinner at 5:15pm on 11/12 (that I just made today). Does the dinner buffet open at 5:00pm? just want to know what kind of shape it will be in. Do they clean up after lunch. I know it can get somewhat gross after its been open for a while. Thanks

they dont have lunch that i know of..I could be wrong may want to check

They don't serve lunch. They've only done so in the past during August/September free dining but haven't done it this year at all.

I worked as a CM @ Chef Mickeys.
Lunch in only served during the busy holiday season.

Breakfast is over @ 11:30. The set up for dinner is done by 1pm. Dinner opens up at 4:45 and start seating people at that time.

Thanks everyone for all the info. Just didn't want to go if it was going to be in disarray and messy. I know it can get crazy there. Glad we have an early ADR. Thanks again.
