chef mickey and boat ?

Hello All

On day 2 of our trip we have an early AM reservation at Chef Mickey's, anyone know if there is an early boat over to there. Our ressie is at 8:15. I know I can find ut when we get there but I am a planner and want to try to map out ahead of time when we need to take busses, boats etc..

You'll have no problem getting there on time. The boat to the CR starts early. I believe around 6:30-7am.

We did Chef Mickey's a couple of weeks ago.

When we were there, the boats began running around 7:30 but it may vary depending on when Magic Kingdom opens in the morning. You will ride the boat to Magic Kingdom Lodge and then transfer to the monorail to go to the Contemporary. The boat ride takes approximately 20 minutes from the marina to Magic Kingdom and approximately 5-7 minutes for the Monorail to go from MK to the Contemporary. It's the first stop on the monorail.

If you have time, you might consider a later reservation for the day. The later reservation times have longer Character times and eating time. We had a 11:00 time, considered it a early lunch and had a relaxing meal and much time with the characters.m The previous trip we had an early reservation and we were rushed the whole time.

Do not take the boat to the MK there is, as was stated above, a boat from FW to CR, no transfer needed. The CR, WL, FW boat starts running by 7am, so you should have no trouble making your ADR.

Shoot! I had no idea there was a boat to the Contemporary...and I thought I was knowledgable!

great thanks all ! i did an early ressie so we could eat and then hit MK before it got to blistering hot and then back to FW in the afternoon. thanks!
