Chef Mickey 60+2

I didn't realize how popular Chef Mickey is. I guess it makes sense since you don't have to be in a park to meet Mickey Mouse! My reservation window opens up in a week. I would like to make a breakfast Chef Mickey reservation for 2 on a Wednesday which is 60+2 is that going to be possible or should I be rethinking that plan? It is an off day and we were maybe going to do the Monorail Resorts for Christmas decorations that day.

CM was available all of my days Thanksgiving weekend through the following week. No issues at all.

I was able to get reservations for 20 at 60+4. Groups of 8, 8, and 4. I have seen as many as 10 in one reservation.
