Gordon can be found most days working in the Mercantile. As far as I know he does not offer any cooking related classed at this time. He maystill do an occasional "Behind the Ears" tour on Member's Day.
In the past he hosted "A Private Affair" - a gourmet dining experience - and also some cooking programs, wine/cheese events. He is a wealth of information about HH and the low country and has always been a wonderful resource regarding dining on the island and also very helpful with suggestions for cooking in your villa.
