Chef at Boma's

Anyone know the name of the chef at Boma's? I cannot remember. We became very friendly with him when we ate there, he even made the fried oreos with chocolate sauce!! Yum!

Chef Tjetjep Sudiswa... Or just Chef TJ.

I think there are 2 others (one is Chef Frank), but I'm sure you mean Chef TJ. He makes WONDERFUL deep fried oreos!!

Chef TJ...that sounds right!! He suprised us with those Oreos...man were they delish!!
