Chef Art Smith's-No ADRs?

We wanted to make a reservation for Chef Arts and couldn't get one for the whole week we are at Disney and we are staying on property. Any suggestions?

I talked with the hostess last week. We had a reservation but I told her they have been very hard to come by. She said they offer very few reservations and accept many walk ins but you should be willing to wait. They do offer pagers and as you know, there are many ways to pass some time in Disney Springs. She also said the bar is first come first served.
