Cheesecake Factory Express???

I read in WDW Info

that there is now a Cheesecake Factory Express restaurant in downtown??

is this true????

Cheesecake Factory is my favorite restaurant!!! if they now have one at downtown disney that would be sooooo wonderful. I never knew about this.

Has anyone eaten there? is it similar to the food that is served in the restaurants?

I don't know if this is the one that you are talking about but there is a Cheesecake Factory Express inside the DisneyQuest interactive themepark. Dh and I tried it for the first time in May and it was the best NY style Cheesecake that I have ever had, and that is saying alot considering we were on the DDP last trip and almost every CS restaurant's choice of desert was cheesecake. I am not sure if this is the only location of Cheesecake Factory, but if so it is located in the Wonderland Cafe in DisneyQuest, on one of the upper levels of the themepark.

If I'm not mistaken, it's INSIDE or was inside Disneyquest (I've never been so Im not positive) and can only be accessed with DQ admission.

Ok, after checking out allears, it is inside the Wonderland Cafe, which is inside DisneyQuest.....but it is Cheesecake Factory Express!

There was a Cheesecake Factory Express at Downtown Disney in Disney Quest. At least there was 6 years ago, when last I was at DQ. I have never been to a regular Cheesecake Factory so have no basis of comparison, but I do remember them having a nice variety of cheesecake flavors to choose from.
If you don't have admission to DQ though, I don't know where else there would be a Cheesecake Factory, if they're still even there at all.

yes, this is the one. i had no idea that there was one on property. I was told about a cheesecake factory at a mall in orlando. but i didn't know about this one. If you have never been to one you must go. They are known for their desserts. well, actually nearly all of their food is very good and large in portions. THey have quite a few in my area, and is almost always my restaurant of choice.

But, I was wondering if anyone had been, and if the food was really of 'cheesecake factory' quality.

The Wonderland Cafe is what you would call a quick-service location, really only coffees, drinks and snack type options, and the desert selection is from Cheesecake Factory. I am sorry I guess this isn't exactly what you were looking for.

It is in DQ and you must pay admission to eat there. It is an "express" so it does not have the full menu. Actually, it is on two different floors, with two different names. But I think they are both operated by Cheesecake Factory.

Hi ... I also love the Cheesecake Factory Restaurant BUT the one at DQ is nothing like the restaurant in terms of the food - think of it as a quick take-out counter with desserts. We have been a few times because my dh is a big cheese cake fan. I love the restaurant menu but the one in DQ is not to be mistaken for the same. It has some good desserts but thats about it. The express food counter around the corner from it is said to be run by the Cheese Cake Factory, however its just typical counter service food. I must admit tho, that the pizza was the best one I've ever had on Disney property - it was a made to order pizza for our family and was great!

JenJen, there are two regular Cheesecake Factories in Orlando: One in Winter Park village, and one at the Mall of Milennia (exit Conroy rd. from I-4 E).
