There has to be a first for everything. Other than cheese on a pizza, (and don't be too liberal with it), I ABHOR it. Keep it away from me, and don't force me to always respond when I order something, "Do you want cheese w/that"?? If I wanted it, I would have told you I wanted it. It's fine that you love it, but don't make me have to ask to "hold the cheese please". Have had to send back dozens of burgers due to unwanted cheese additions. (Can't handle the dairy, but I'll suffer through with pizza.)

For those who like a strong cheese, try Vacherin Mont D'or, Talleggio, Pierre Robert, Exploratauer...they are all so yummy!

Ummmmmmm . . . cheese! I love cheese! Blue (I know -- moldy stuff that it is), smoked gouda, horseradish cheddar, feta, very sharp cheddar, mozzarella, pepper jack -- and the list goes on and on.

I love all types of cheese, but not that fond of swiss. One of my favorites is called Brick cheese. I can only find it in WI. My cousins are dairy farmers there and got me hooked on it. Sometimes they will send me some, but I did find a site in WI. that ships it.

I love cheese too! Cheddar, Mozerella, and Provolone are my favorites. I'm not a big fan of swiss, but if someone twists my arm hard enough, I will eat it. It is cheese after all....

By the way, since so many of us love cheese, does that mean we could be related to somehow?????

Muenster is my favorite, also love cheddar, provolone, mozzarella. Really the only cheese I have found that I really don't like very much is swiss.

Central Market is such a fun store (and I don't normally say that about grocery stores). They have a great selection of different cheeses . I like Gruyere the best for expensive cheeses. Medium cheddar as far as cheap cheeses go .

Imported provolone that's so sharp it takes a layer of skin off the roof of your mouth--you know the real stinky cheese kind.

Team that up with some prosciutto, roasted red peppers crusty Italian bread and a nice glass of wine and I'm in heaven.

I like many different kinds of cheese. A little while back there was a thread about "Do you crave sugar or salt?" Not me, I crave CHEESE!
