I love to eat cheese ! I admit it I love it , it is not great for me but I love it .
All kinds ,right now I am hooked on Boursin it is a soft french cheese.
So do you like cheese?

I love cheese!! Any kind that doesn't LOOK like it's got mold on it (like blue cheese, i don't like to eat that so much, or maybe I just don't like to LOOK at it so much). I love brie and goat cheese and fresh mozz. and I could go on and on. I love cheese!!

I love cheese too!

My favorite is Jarlsburg swiss. At Christmas I like the fruited baked ricotta.

I don't like strong cheese like Bleu... yuck

Texture wise it reminds me of a slightly thicker ricotta. It's a creamy herbed soft cheese. My kids are addicted to it in the worst way! I thought DS was going to come unglued when he found the small individual cubes at the grocery store in France. He just loves that stuff!

I like cheese, not so big on the mold though, which always cracks my in-laws up! We have the traditional cheese after every meal when we're staying with them and I'm the one picking off all the mold - DH eats it for me though. My BILs have decided I'm totally nuts - just can't eat something that looks like a fridge science project!

Love all different types of cheeses. I love gorgonzola in my salads, it's the only way my kids eat salads. Melted mozzarella or fontina cheese on a piece of toast with fresh basil is the best. Also olives stuffed with provolone - yum!! Can't forget hot melted brie with sliced almonds-o.k. that's it, I have to take a snack break!!

I went to Central Market today and called the Cheese God out of his cage LOL The man looks like he is in a cage I swear)

He helped me pick tons of great new cheeses I have not had before.
