Cheese Whiz

I'm trying to imagine spreading anything on a potato chip with a knife without breaking the chip into pieces. You must have a delicate touch.

The Cheez Whiz has to be at least room temperature so it is not too hard. The best chips used to be our local store brand but otherwise Ruffles are good. They are a little more rigid. Yes, it is an art (and guilty pleasure)

I don't know if it's "cheese" but melted over hot macaroni it's my grandkid's favorite mac & cheese! They often ask for it for supper & even DH will eat it. Not me though. I'll choose a peanut butter sandwich first! I like mac & cheese, baked, & made with cheddar cheese melted in a white sauce with salt & pepper!
