We ordered the cheese tray several times and it varied with different types of cheeses. I DO remember we had brie, but DH ate most of the cheese (I loved the crackers) so I can't remember the other types. We had wheat crackers, and also grapes and walnuts.
Seems like it had brie, cheddar, gouda, bleu cheese and swiss. Those are the ones I remember there may have been more. We had 4 people sharing it, so it is a good size plate.
DCL is usually great about customizing food orders. I'm sure if you ask, they'll be happy send whatever you request. (If available.) Also, (I just have to post this in every thread about room service.. ) the Mickey Ice cream bars are not listed on the room service menu, but are available upon request. Once I learned that, I ordered one almost each night! Don't forget to indulge!
Also not on the room service menu was a turkey and cheese sandwhich, which they hapily brought to us each time! Ask... they will do their best for oyu.
Our cheese tray came with four small slices each of mozarella, swiss, gruyere and a triangle of gorgonzola. It came with about a dozen assorted crackers and grapes. We learned later from our servers that you are more than welcome to request specific types of cheese and they will accomodate you if they have them available.
We order the platter every time we cruise....it always looks a bit different and comes with different variety of things....different crackers, sometimes it has grapes, sometimes orange slices, sometimes walnuts or a combo of them all....

The photo from the privious poster is what our All hands on deck cheese tray looked like also. IMO..it's not very big at all... I was not impressed after hearing everyone rave about it...but I had to keep an open mind. It is good...but not GREAT...and not Huge by any means. Myself...I could also do with out the walnuts.

When I've ordered it they've always asked for how many people...I always say one and it is always more than enough for two meals, never mind snacks. I didn't know I could request certain cheeses though...I've gotten bleu, brie, gouda, cheddar, swiss, and american (ick)...now I'll know to ask for bleu, brie, gouda, and cheddar. I love the All Hands on Deck, it is my favorite room service item.
