We also made the recipe at home. If I recall, we had to try a couple different stores to find the specific cheese it called for, and it was a labor intensive process, and messy. However, when we were done, it was really amazingly close to the real thing, and we had a LOT of it. We bought some pretzel breadsticks at our local grocery store as well.
I don't really care for Le Cellier other than the soup (and we're DVC, so no free dining) so this works for us.
