Cheerleaders at CBR durring our honeymoon...

I posted this in Disney Resorts...but someone suggested that I post it here as well....

My honeymoon is scheduled for 2/3-2/8 at CB and I just found out that there is an overflow from Allstars of cheerleaders. I didn't picture my once in a lifetime honeymoon spent quieting loud cheerleaders while they practice outside my door at 5 am. I called last week and it seems that WDW is pretty booked up. I am going to call again tomorrow to see if we can switch. I have had some bad experiences with groups(I used to work at All Star Sports) so I want to avoid them if possible. I paid extra for a preferred location, but I read that they sometimes put groups there too. Any suggestions or pixie dust is welcome!

I wish you all the luck with that! I know how loud that can be, but hopefully... you wont hear a thing.. lots of pixie dust from us!!!

Pixie dust to you! Maybe you can call or fax ahead of time (as suggested on Mousesavers.com) letting the know that you are on your honeymoon and that you'd like to be farthest away from the . I faxed our request before we arrived and they granted basically everything we asked for. If you can't find their fax number, I'm sure I still have it. I was told to fax about 5 days ahead of time.

pixie dust to you! me & hubby2be were at the allstars in march 2003 and the cheerleaders practiced near the pool, 2 buildings away but we could still hear their cheers at 7am. best wishes to you!

i'm sure if you call up disney reservations or your em you can request a room in a seperate building from the noise, there's i believe 5 villages at the caribbean beach, we stayed at martinique back in august 2002 and it seemed to be on the quiet side. mostly adults at the bus stop, pool, etc.
