DD, Sarah, a junior is high school, was looking forward to the Snowball (winter dance) scheduled for tomorrow. BUT, because school is closed today because of snow, the dance is postponed until March 8.

She is bummed and can't enjoy the day off school or the snow.

I'm so sorry to hear about the postponement Sarah! How about spending the weekend trying out new hairdo's and makeup to go with your dress? You could go outside and throw your own "snowball" around. As Bernie said, March will be here before you know it, but I know that doesn't help this weekend. The fact that your 2 friends are grounded makes it even worse. I hope that something comes along to make you feel better.
