Hey everyone!
I have been known to post very long trippies that dont exactly get to the point straight away but this one will be a bit different! Since its only a little trip, I felt only a little trip report was needed!
But whats a trip report without the pre trippie!
So first off, lets introduce the cast!
Amy [me] 19 this will be my 4th time to DLP
Scott [dbf] 22 this will be his 2nd time to DLP
SO as some of you may know, we recently took our first ever trip together to WDW in June 2011. It was an absolutely fabulous trip, so we of course booked to go back in May 2012.
SO, technically, we dont really need another trip to the magic, surely?
Well no, and yes. I had always wanted to go back to DLP after we had been on our first trip in 2009. Our May trip seemed so far away, and when the flash sale popped up in December, we couldnt resist!
Scott emailed me about the offer, I checked it out, and the next day we were all booked up! :d: talk about thinking it through!
Because of uni I cant go Monday-Wednesday, so well just need to use emh to get loads of rides in before the weekend crowds pile in!
Thursday 26th Sunday 29th January 2012.
Staying at the Hotel Cheyenne for the 3 nights.
BASICALLY, to cut a long story very short, we had to book coming into Beauvais and leaving from Charles de Gaulle on the Sunday. I know how much everyone hates Beauvais, but we got an extra night and saved money! [easyjet dont fly Thursdays from Glasgow]
SO all booked up, and with a VERY short countdown, the planning commenced!
Here is our rough plan as it stands just now!
Day 1
Head to local restaurant for cooked breakfast before walking along to the airport for our flight at 12.15pm. Arrive in Beauvais at 2.45pm and get transfer to hotel, probably arrive at 5pm, maybe a bit later, depending on traffic

Check in, go to room and freshen up
grab a drink at the hotel bar and head to Disney village. We have a reservation at Café Mickeys at 7pm. Have a wander around village before heading back to bed!
Day 2
Probably have early breakfast then chill in the room before heading to Walt Disney Studios for 10am opening. Day at the studios, maybe nip out to Earl of Sandwich for lunch. Park closes at 6pm so back to the hotel for a freshen up, a drink and then back out to Disney Village. Maybe do some shopping, then to Rainforest Café for dinner. Yum
More drinks and back to bed!
Day 3
Up early for breakfast and along to Disneyland Park for 8am EMH. Ride as much as we can before running over to Frontierland for rope drop. Thunder Mountain is up first then well go with the [probably busy!] flow. I do want to try a mickey brioche [sp?] and see the parade. We have a reservation at 7pm at Blue Lagoon.
Park closes at 9pm, so we will stroll out slowly via the Fantasia bar for a glowtini! More Disney village time then bed!
Day 4
Last day already! Up early for breakfast and check out. Then along for EMH at Disneyland Park. Hop over to Disney Studios for rope drop at 10am. Then well just hop between the parks doing everything we want to do again! We will grab a dinner lunch at Annettes before doing some last minute shopping and grabbing our bags. Probably catch the 8pm TGV train, maybe the half 7 one, to CDG, and then we fly home at 9.30pm. and back to reality
Two weeks today! Cannot wait!
However, I am totally BUMMED about the castle refurb going on at the mo, with big green boarding going on around the stage, they could have at least made it pretty! Could have been a photo opportunity! Really hoping we can still get some good photos of us in front of the castle, or at the side!

The surprise!!
Im a member to two Disney boards, and my boyfriend is on the other board, so this is a wee extra that some of you may know already, but I dont want him to see. As a surprise, I have upgraded our hotel to the Hotel New York! Im totally excited about this and cant wait to see his face when we pull into the HNY car park instead of the Cheyenne!
