Morning!

Not a bad idea to dye raw eggs. We always dye too many hard-boiled eggs and then I am stuck eating them for days. I can only eat so many. . .

I'm back to report that we didn't break any. I have three dozen nicely colored eggs waiting to be put to good use. I need to bake a cake for tomorrow's festivities at the in-laws. Now comes the decision of what color eggs to use.

Sounds like you had a fun day. My aunt has arrived on the train and she and my mother are currently shopping. Typical of them. My other aunt is arriving on Sunday afternoon so we are doing something different and having Easter Dinner instead of brunch. We are eating at the "World Famous Madonna Inn". You can google it. It's tacky but it is famous. It's most famous for it's men's restroom. Guys can pee into a waterfall

Good evening chicks. Just back from a day at the inlaws. They have 23 grandchildren so my kids have plenty of cousins to play with. Easter Saturday is always the day we get together with them. Everyone shows up and a hugh Easter Egg Hunt is the hit of the party.

Freak thing happened in the South yesterday. All that cold weather that is supposed to stay up north actually came down here. For the last two weeks we have been in the high 70's or low 80's. Now that it's Easter weekend and we have all our spring clothes to wear to church tomorrow, it's in the 40's.

Good Morning Chicks. Spring Break this week for us. No schedules, no getting up early. Oh, it's gonna be fun.

Yay for the spring break! We don't get ours for another 2 weeks - maybe it will actually feel like spring by then.

Susan - I thought of you this morning. Apparently some MIT students made an alarm clock that you have to *chase* around the room to shut off.

Ugh - it was too cold to take photos! I have these adorable matching dresses that I got at Costco for almost nothing, but they're sleeveless and I didn't have the heart.

I totally understand the cold part. It was pretty chilly way down here.

I didn't take any Easter pictures (meaning all dressed up). I think I took a few pictures of the kids playing at my Mom's yesterday. They are still in my camera. That will be my project for today. To get them uploaded and post a couple.
