I'm up way to early on a day that I could be sleeping in. I guess I had enough sleep because I did wake up on my own at 5:30. Why doesn't the internal clock thing realize it's vacation time for the kids. No need to get up with the farmers.

We always dye our Easter eggs on Good Friday. I think I might have posted this before but we dye raw eggs. We just don't care for hard boiled eggs. Dye them raw, put them back in the carton in the fridge and for the next couple of weeks you have nice colorful eggs when you need one. Weird ...probably, but I grew up dyeing raw eggs. I guess some things never change.

Not a bad idea to dye raw eggs. We always dye too many hard-boiled eggs and then I am stuck eating them for days. I can only eat so many. . .
