I've got the beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys packed. Need to make sure the van is clean. I can't believe I was packed for Disney a month in advance, and I haven't even started the suitcases for this one :rolleyes1

. I don't plan on taking too much. We have a washer and dryer in the condo and plan on being in our bathing suits most of the day :cool2:

. I do have the suitcases down stairs though. Does that count?

A suprise trip sounds great!

I just got attacked by a hummingbird. No, I'm not kidding. :sad2:

The sun finally came out and I thought I would sit outside for a little and read. A hummingbird came up and started pecking at my book! :eek:

I am terrified of birds, so I flipped out, covered my head and ran in the house. The cover of my book is pink so maybe that attracted it? :confused3

Between the Evil Lizard Squiggy and book pecking hummingbirds, I'm starting to really hate nature. :rolleyes:

I'm looking at the live beach cam from Surf City wishing I was already there. Isn't it scary to think you can be on camera and never know it? You know these people don't realize there's a beach cam there. YIKES! As long as no one walks by in the "buff". :cool1:

A trip to the Orthodontist is on hand today. Second DD is getting some teeth pulled so she can get the rest of her braces on. She only has eight brackets now. Fun, fun, fun for everyone involved. :scared:
